We hope you love your new items from Bone Yard Boutique but do understand sometimes items must be retuned.  I do accept returns, I offer a refund to customers aslong as i am made aware with 14 days of customer receiving their purchase, items must be returned to me in original condition within 14 days of me being notified. custom pieces cannot be returned/exchanged. We cannot offer returns on earrings purchased for hygiene reasons. If you are returning and item to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition, items showing any accidental or neglect will not be accepted as a return. 
Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are not covered by us. We would always recommend items be returned using a tracked service, we cannot be held accountable for any lost items that are being returned to us. In the event of a returned package getting lost we recommend
  reporting this directly to your shipping provider
