I do accept returns, I offer a refund to customers aslong as i am made aware with 14 days of customer receiving their purchase, items must be returned to me in original condition within 14 days of me being notified. custom pieces cannot be returned/exchanged. We cannot offer returns on earrings purchased for hygiene reasons. If you are returning and item to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition, items showing any accidental or neglect will not be accepted as a return.
